I was very young in 1973, the year I was born here in beautiful Innisfail, Alberta,....  Just a little humour!

Seriously folks, I have lived my entire life on the family farm in the Wimborne-KneeHill Valley-Pine Lake-Innisfail district, except for 3 years of post-secondary education in Calgary.   I graduated from the University of Calgary in 1996 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Marketing major/Psychology minor).  Upon graduation I returned home to Maine Haven Ranching Ltd. (a 400 head cow/calf & forage operation), where I reside today with my wife, Shelley, and our children Cassidy and Dawson.  Using the skills I learned in Business school, my family & I managed to create time/labour efficiencies on the ranch that allowed me to pursue a career in the demanding & fast paced Real Estate industry. I joined the Daines Realty brokerage in January of 2003.

My combined skill set of book, technology, street, and people smarts gives me a competitive edge over many old-school/out-of-touch agents.  I am proud to say that I scored 99% on the Provincial Real Estate Agents exam, but more important to me are my strong rural ethics and morals, that are the cornerstones and foundation for my real estate career.  My career is focused on service excellence, and based on hard work, honesty, & integrity above all else.  Residential sales make up the largest percentage of my business, with rural properties (Farm/Ranch/Acreage/Recreational) being my self proclaimed passion and specialty.

I am at HOME in the COUNTRY & IN TOUCH with the TOWN.
